Every Sunday, we remember Jesus, crucified and risen from the dead. This is a great mystery for us. There are going to many turmoils, much anxiety, much stress throughout life. But in the end, Christ feeds us with his very self.

This is what Fr. Meinrad Miller OSB says about the Gospel for the 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time in his 60 Seconds for Sunday presentation.

Father Meinrad is a monk of St. Benedict’s Abbey and a theology instructor at Benedictine College. St. Benedict Abbey’s 60 Seconds for Sunday series looks at each upcoming Sunday’s readings.

The monks at the Abbey, along with the Benedictine Sisters at Mount St. Scholastica, are what make Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan., Benedictine.
