WATCH: Our True Identity Revealed

Today, for the Octave of All Saints Day, we revisit Kansas City, Kansas, Archbishop Joseph Naumann’s visit to Benedictine College campus for All Saints Day Nov. 1.

All Saints Day shows us what it means to be made in the image and likeness of God, he says.

Archbishop Naumann, Chair of the U.S. Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life,  is a close friend of the college and St. Benedict’s Abbey, which created this video.

The college welcomes the archbishop onto campus multiple times a year; he regularly celebrates our Baccalaureate Mass and participates in special occasions including dedications and blessings. Archbishop Naumann has initiated a yearly “Fireside Chat” meeting with senior theology and philosophy majors discussing significant issues in the Church. The Archbishop also presides at the yearly RCIA Mass initiating students into the Catholic Church.
