Join us for a one-day conference in honor of the 25th anniversary of the promulgation of Fides et Ratio. Pope Saint John Paul II’s prophetic encyclical concerning the essential relationship between faith and reason provides the key to a proper understanding of our world and an antidote to many of today’s cultural issues. At this conference, three experts on faith and reason and their application to various cultural ills will present keynote lectures, and a panel of Benedictine College faculty will discuss the document’s continuing relevance in the classroom and in their research.
A proper understanding of this crucial consonance between faith and reason is key to Benedictine’s vision to Transform Culture in America. Join us as we bring Truth back to a post-truth era.
