WATCH: Corpus Christi Words Monk Left Behind

Before his passing on June 18, 2019, Benedictine Father Denis Meade recorded several 60 Seconds for Sunday for 2019. This week he offers 60 Seconds for Corpus Christi Sunday.

Father Denis was a member of Benedictine College’s board of directors. A former Theology professor at Benedictine College, he served as archivist, Junior Master and Postulant Director at St. Benedict’s Abbey in Atchison. He died on June 18, 2019, at age 90.

St. Benedict Abbey’s 60 Seconds for Sunday series looks at each upcoming Sunday’s readings.

The monks at the Abbey, along with the Benedictine Sisters at Mount St. Scholastica, are what make Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan., Benedictine.
