WATCH: ‘Heavenly’ Christmas Beds

This December, Benedictine College gave Christmas to a family in need.

The college’s Engineering department started a campus chapter of the organization Sleep in Heavenly Peace. Students and members of the Atchison, Kansas, community get together to build beds for children whose families can’t afford them.

To make one bed delivery even more special, the college provided a Christmas tree, presents and a nativity set created by a monk of St. Benedict’s Abbey on campus. See the video of the event above or click here.

Merry Christmas!
